“Almost 14 years ago we were extremely fortunate to meet Steve Long at an open house. We had just made a big life change moving from a small town and winter climate to a large city in the southwest. The home we were renting suddenly sold and we had to make a fast decision on a home to buy. Steve expertly guided us through the entire process and helped us find a wonderful neighborhood and home that we enjoyed immensely these past years!
We recently decided it was time to make another life change. The kids are grown and gone and time to downsize. The first and only person that came to mind to help us was Steve. We were nervous with all the news about the economy and housing sales in Arizona. Steve assured us that if we priced our home appropriately, it would sell! We sold our home within three months and then had to find a home to move to.
